I have given my 74 144 almost every possible upgrade - O/D, power steering, alloy rims...just when I thought I was done with the restomod, I noticed that its older brother, the 122 are equipped with hydraulic clutch. Given that the engines are pretty much the same and the transmissions are interchangable, I now have this vision of transplanting the hydraulic system together with the bellhousing from a 122 to my 144. Currently, my 144 uses a cable which gives out every few years, most of the time at stop lights. Is it possible?

By the way, the power steering came from its big brother...the 164.
