Folks, I have possibly a very simplistic and dumb question - First of all, thanks for all the input regarding the crappy way my old brick runs. I unplugged the AMM at idle, which was abysmal, and the idle smoothed right out as nice and consistent as I've ever seen it. Asking anything more than idle tho resulted in immediate stalling. The FAQ section sez the AMM should be returning "approximately" 2.3VDC on connector pin 3 at idle, mine is returning more like 2.7V. Is 2.7V "approximately" 2.3? What's the dynamic range of "approximately"? I took it out and checked it, clean as a whistle and the sensing wire is clearly visible and intact.
