Need 1994-940 front crossmember bolt torque specification 900

I hit a concrete chunk and bent the front crossmember. Ordered a new crossmember from Tasca Volvo along with new bolts. The 4 bolts have a 17mm head and are quite long - they pass through the frame and hold the crossmember. Does anyone have a specification for the torque that should be used when tightening these bolts ?
