Good afternoon, all! A quick question for the experienced members! The 92 wagon has wet carpet on the drivers side front. When I pulled the center cosole side panel, you can see crusty stuff around the heater valve but it doesn;t appear wet. There is a wet area on the rubber mat below it that is on the transmission tunnel. But the water on the floor had leaves in it (and the heater valve had some tree leaves around it as well). The water on the floor doesn't smell like coolant and running the car idling with the heater on did not produce any noticable drip from the valve, there is no steaming of windows or coolant smell in the car when the heaters on, so I don't think the core is leaking. I blew compressed air on a hose down the cowl vent and poked around with a coat hanger and got trace amounts of gunk on the coat hanger. Blew air in again, then had trusty number 1 son pore a gallon of water in the cowl vents and did not see any drips, but the water drained out of the rocker outlet like it should. So my question- what could it be? would the wiper motor gasket leaking or the wiper shaft seal on the drivers side be the culpret? Any input is welcome! Thanks, Greg
