Steering Gear Leak 120-130

Since the winter snow has finally melted and the salt is gone from the streets, I have taken my car out of winter storage and find that I have a leak from the steering gear box. What I find stange is that the steering gear box started leaking while the car was stationary for five months.

I have ordered the gaskets and seals to repair and would appreciate any tips on removing the steering gear and repairing it.
