Recently purchased 92 240 sedan,203000 miles, noticed something unusual. Today was the first time using wipers. In the delay position, wipers started to act as if they were on low speed, in the off position, made no difference wipers continued to run. As the trip progressed, 5-10 minutes the wipers stopped while in the stop position and functioned normally. Any suggestions where to look, relay at drivers foot, wiper motor, would be appreciated, electrics baffle me.
