water pump o-ring failure - anything else? (photo)

Hi, Folks.

Been riding bikes mostly and haven't posted in a while (put 3K on my 240 last year). Came out to my 92 240 Sedan to find coolant leaking on the ground. Seems like the failure is only at the o-ring on top - anything else I should look for? Might as well put in a new water pump while I'm at it? I've done water pumps before - I hate levering the thing back in there. Here's a photo of the leak:

Any ideas are appreciated, as always.
