122 wheels - 4in vs 4.5in part numbers 120-130

There is a '63 122 (4-door) in a junkyard here in Denver, and it has some wheels from a later 122 on it.

There is two different part numbers on the wheels (670429 and 670451). Is the 670429 wheels 4 inches and the 670451 wheels 4.5 inches?

Plus, let me know if there is something I can grab from it.
