Need transmission speedo gear part # 380980 brown color, 19 teeth. Help? 200 1983

My daughter has been stopped twice and thankfully warned twice. Her speedometer quit a while back and she has no idea how fast or slow she is driving. Her 245 wagon needs the speedo gear #380980 from the transmission where the cable attaches and Volvo wants an arm and TWO legs for it. Volvo has several gears of different colors and number of teeth. The one that came off this car, stripped, had 19 teeth and it was brown. Does anyone know where I can find one? If anyone has one I will be happy to hear from you. Thanks guys.
