Timing belt info 940 front facsia improvements 900 1992

I have 2 questions.
Firstly I have recently bought a 92 940 turbo sedan 94K and I love it. I was under the impression that the 2.3 liter engine in a non interference motor???? but this web site says otherwise http://www.aa1car.com/library/timing_belts_interference_engines.htm

I also would like to know if anyone has found a way to improve the look of the front of their 940 or similar. The rear end of my sedan looks very modern and "tight". However the front grill, fog lights(yellowing)and headlights look very much like they were designed in the early 80's- of course they probably were. Has any swapped out 960 or 850 fascia to make any improvements??
Pictures would be great! I like the egg crate grille instead of my vertical chrome grill. Is that an easy swap? thanks everyone!
