I got the copmressor off my '91 partscar to put onto my '93, and it's a little different. Enough so I elected not to try it. The old '93 pump was a Seiko-Seiki that was leaking around the o-ring seal at the front of the case, due to corrosion getting into the seam. So, here's how cheap I am. I removed the clutch, and pulled the front of the case off. I then used a scotchbrite to clean out the corrosion in the o-ring seating area. Then I painted the seam and o-ring sealing surface with a thin coat of POR-15, allowed it to tack up, and reassembled the compressor. Tomorrow or Tuesday I'll get it all reinstalled and have it vacuumed and charged. Any bets?
