A/C Working But Zero Cooling Inside Details! 700 1990

1990 740T Manual, Okay so i did the Wal Mart conversioin tonight to 134A Sorry but im not about to pay $150.00 for a volvo kit thats just way to pricy, anyways, i pulled the compressor and made sure it was completly empty, put new seals in and stuck it back up in there, pulled ACC ( yes i know i should replace it ) resealed everything around it ( yes the system was empty prior to this no charge period ) so once all this is done i begin to charge the system ( yes i know i should have gotton a vacuum on it ) i initially jumped the compressor to pull half the first can in and pulled my jump off and let the system do the rest. so im running a 30 PSI charge in the system with compressor engaged and holding this PSI, ive got water all over the evap so the system is actually attempting to cool,

Now the problem is, the air temp from the inside vents does not change at all, ive read the FAQ to see what i missed and since i of course didnt do it exactly as others would have wanted it doesnt help to much. BTW it was 64 degrees outside when i tested the unit. Ideas???

Is a R134A or New evap that important?

This car is a project so i have all the time in the world to fix it, i just wanna get it fixed, i cant drive it at all in the summer without A/C it normally reaches 100-130 degrees on any given day and summer is here.

Additionally i know ZERO history of this car, i purchased it recently from a charity auction and have been fixing all the item's the precvious owner let go.
