A valve is ticking bad S90-V90

After I changed oil last Saturday, I started to hear a loud valve ticking from a single valve somewhere in the middle of the engine. That noise is there when the engine is cold and fully warm up.

I always use Mobil 1 10W - 30. This time I changed to Mobil 1 10w-30 Extended Performance. Do you think that the reason for valve ticking or should I change to a different oil weight?
