D@mned coolant bubbles! 700

I have air bubbles in my coolant.

I've had them for a long time and I can't seem to get rid of them.
I can squeeze the head-radiator tube (top hose) and feel the bubbles.
I can move them into the radiator, and move them into the coolant tank, but they always come back!

I've already completely bled and refilled the system a few times in other maintenance, and they persisted. I have all new cooling hoses (minus one radiator hose, but I have a spare and plans to install it), new water pump, new thermostat, new radiator, but air bubbles.

I noticed that the highest point of my radiator is the side where the top hose connects, NOT the side where the bleed hose (same size line as vacuum tubing) is located. Is that the issue?
Is it normal to have some air bubbles being generated and just that the angle of the radiator is trapping them, instead of venting them?

Getting annoyed and a little worried that something is going to happen here...
