Pain in my gas-hole!!! S90-V90

The other day, my wife went to the gas station, opened the little gas door on the side of the car, and the plastic hinge broke off. So there she is, standing with with the flappy gas door in her hand.

Has anyone replaced these hinges before? I can't see any exposed bolt heads or screws. Is this something where I have to take out the entire inner panel? (By the way, this is a station wagon, so there's the cargo area behind it, not trunk space.
