Looking for left fender trim 200 1987

The wife came too close to a bus and didn't have the sense to pick up the trim that the bus took off the car. Nor did she report what is technically a hit a run.

Any idea where I can find this piece now? Looked at vlvworld.com and they seem to have the clips for this trim but not the trim piece itself.

Also, how would you repair the scratches? Just touch up with Volvo paint and buff it?
