A/C oil 200 1989

System was changed to 134. I would like to add some oil, but when I looked at the parts store, I saw Ester oil that was in a bottle(I don't have a means to add this to a pressurized system) I also see oil made for 134a use, but there seems to be more than one type.
What is the correct type?
