How do you remove wagon lower side window trim? 200

I'm in the process of trying to remove all of the lower rear side window trim on my '82 245. I was able to get the doors trim off okay but the rear side windows trim is stuck in there real good. I have the older style that looks like a little shelf with a chrome strip on the edge. Does anyone here have any experience with this? Is there a way to remove this without removing the window seal? Thanks, Charles
