My new (old) ride 200

On Sunday I bought a 1992 240 Wagon, silver. It has around 160K miles. It's a total cream puff, very little rust, very well maintained. I had been driving around in a 740 with 233k miles, and it was just too tired to carry on.

Clearly the last owner of my 240 just spent whatever her mechanic told her to spend. For example, It has new A/C lines -- original Volvo parts for crying out loud! What would those cost? But there's lots of stuff like that. It has new Dunlop tires, new brakes... the list goes on. I paid 1200 bucks for it.

I'm in the process of cleaning and fixing what's left. It did have an intermittent oil leak, I found the flame trap completely plugged last night and cleaned it. Hopefully the oil seeping will stop now.

I'm pumped. :D

Thaddeus
