solenoid wire 200

just changed the cat. converter. had to remove the o2 sensor. after replacing converter the overdrive is not working. i can hear the relay clicking when the button is pushed. The wire goes from the solenoid over the top of the transmission and gets zip tied to the o-2 sensor wires. 3 wires go to the o-2 sensor but the remaining wire(from the solenoid) is not attached to anything. It must have come off when i was removing the o-2 sensor. What does it attach to.
