I have been contiplating replacing my belt driven A/C with an electric motor, has anyone ever looked into this?
I know others have converted the belt driven fan to electric, i figure with the mileage these car's get there might actually be a benifit to changing the A/C over, the biggest problem i see is that the Alternator might not be able to handle it.
