Overdrive relay??? 200

Today the lighted arrow on my dash (the amber one that points up, not the green ones that point left and right) came on and it won't go off when I press the button on the shifter. Also it seems that it doesn't want to shift into overdrive. My immediate thought is that it is the Overdrive Relay. Could it be anything else? I would hate to crawl under the car if I don't have to.
