After being hideously chastened for cutting corners with the exhaust stud I had to take off the driver's rear panel to get the window back up and lock the car up. I hope my terminology is correct but the clamp at the bottom of the glass is the regulator? And will said part work from a 244 donor? Most of mine was badly rusted and laying in the bottom of the door. The raising/lowering mechanism (this is potentially the regulator) works fine but there is nearly nothing left of the clamp and the window pops forward and off the raising/lowering mechanism. Can anyone correct my terminology and offer advice on donor parts and/or a supplier for the needed parts. Thanks, Aaron
