V90 Multilink rear suspension with transverse leaf spring - leaf spring anchorage flange screw have been cutting off. S90-V90

The car is V90, 1998 year. Has 115000 miles on it. One week ago , when start driving - very noisy sound come from area under rear seat. Long story short - this car has multilink rear suspension with transverse leaf spring . This leaf spring has two anchorage ( p/n 6819183 ), one for each side. Each anchorage hold down by two flange screw ( p/n 949463 M10-12 ). Now, for some reason flange screw in passenger side have been broken - they head have been cut off very clearly. And leaf spring pushing anchorage up and it touched with inner shaft of CV drine axle, and produsing bad sound. When i take off a lot of rear suspension parts to got CV drive axle off - another surprise - second anchorage flange screws from opposite side have been cut as well. Right now i still working to take off lower crossmember ( p/n 9127279 ), which not easy - hardware has a lot of oxidation and corrosion. Then? Next step - drilling out the remains of flange screws out of lower crossmember. Then - make some calculation, maybe, to deside what bolt , thread and what kind of nuts choose for replacement.
Big question - why it happed in first place? Wrong hardware? Bed design? Or too much tork when installed? And - does anyone has same problen ever?
I got some photos - but for some reason can't post them there.
