ABS light and fuel pump relay relationship? 700 1990

I was having intermittant stalling in my college daughters 740 so I took the fuel pump relay out and replaced it with a bone yard one I know works.
It has not stalled as yet but the ABS light now is on all the time. I disconnected the battery ground for an hour or so but it stays on.

Is it the fuel pump relay that is causing the ABS fault or something else?
Any help would be appreciated in advance.
