severe shake from underneath 200 1991

Having survived a massive mistake on my part (perforated block), my Brick is back on the road, but I have a problem that I can't figure out. A severe grinding or clattering is coming from underneath the gear shifter (automatic tranny). I looked underneath and noticed that one of the driveshaft bolts that connects the front flange to the tranny looks a little rounded, like it's been hitting something. Could that be the problem? The center support mount with the rubber bushing and spring seems okay. The trans mount is fairly new and in decent shape. What would cause the car to grind like that? The clack-clack banging has gotten more severe. Sometimes it's a loud bump. It does this intermittanly, sometimes when I hit a bump, or drive up a steep hill. Anyone have any ideas where to look?

Thanks,
Cuddy
