AC works, Take a left!! 700 1990

Hello again,
I charged up my AC the other day, much to my surprise, it works pretty well, and doesn't appear to leak!! Only problem is, not much cool air seems to be flowing from the vents, I noticed when taking a left, I get a blast of air from the vents. Has anyone ever experienced this before? I suspect a vacuum leak somewhere, hoping for some insight. The other thing I've noticed is with the temp all the way down to cool, I'm still getting warm air from the vents. Found the fix in the FAQ's, going to take care of it soon as possible.
Are these two directly related? Or are there a lot more left turns in my future (NASCAR here we come)?
