Advice on putting child's seat in 122s 120-130 1964

Hello - I was wondering if anyone had experience putting a child's seat in a 122s. I don't think the back seat on our '64 Amazon is a viable option, as the seat itself is loose, so we were considering putting the child's seat in the front. However, we have the original lobster-claw seat belts, which are not retractable, and I'm not even sure if they're long enough to fit, or if there is some regulation against doing this.
I've heard that you can use a seat belt from a 240 - does anyone have knowledge about this as well?
Thanks,
Ammon
