I am currnetly replacing the tranny kickdown cable on my '90 240.I have removed the bushing that holds the filler tube to the tranny but the tube is not coming out.Do I also need to remove the nut that is on the pan?That nut is on there really tight and I'm afraid it may distort the pan on that side.Is there something I'm missing to remove the tube?It is loose but won't slide out.
