One way power window 900 1992

If passenger in my car presses the switch to lower his window,
it works fine. However, it will not go back up.
To do that, I have to do it from drivers side.
I took the switch apart, cleaned it, lubed it, no change.
It is pretty simple operation, on or off.
Could the switch still be bad???
