What are the stock spring heights, rates, and dimensions? 1992 245 200

Hi,

I want to upgrade my springs (stiffer, lower) but I want to do it cheaply.

I am going to do it the hard way: figuring out what's on the car, and manually selecting something that will have the characteristics I want. Then I can (theoretically) get a set of new springs for 100 bucks a set instead of 250, and incidentally enjoy the process of really drilling into the picayune details.

To do this I need the following info:

Length of front springs, uncompressed

Length of front springs, compressed

Length of rear springs, uncompressed

Length of rear springs, compressed

Diameter of springs

Number of coils per spring

Diameter of wire

I can get many of these measurements myself... but if somebody has the length of the front and back springs, uncompressed, that would be helpful. Thanks!
