Battery Drain, Pulling Fuses Doesn't Stop It

My '92 240 has a significant battery drain, bad enough that there is barely enough juice to start the car after it sits for 24 hours (even when it had a fully charged battery to start.) The car has had a slight drain for a couple of years, but it seems to have worsened significantly in the last six months or so

I tried pulling all the fuses, one at a time, but the meter showed no change in the drain rate. (Drain rate was .014).

Can anyone give me some ideas on what this might be, and how to pin it down?

Dave S

(Sorry if this shows up as a double post--I tried to post as "Claim to Be" first but can't tell if that one went through)
