Fuel line question 200 1993

I replaced the fuel filter under the car, and I accidentally tore that little 3 inch piece of fuel line leading into the banjo bolt. I replaced it with some 50 PSI rubber fuel line and clamps since I had no vinyl tubing. This is going to be able to handle the pressure? It worked fine with no leaks. I would hate to have to get up under that sonofagun again. I will if I have to though
