If the working pressure on my fuel system is 43.5 psi

and I had to splice in a 3 inch piece of Goodyear 5/16 30R7 fuel line running to the inlet of the banjo bolt on my new fuel filter because I accidentally tore the small vinyl hose. I clamped both ends and started up fine with no leaks.

My qquestion: As this new hose is rated at 50 psi, will it be okay to leave it on here without problems till the next time I change out the fuel filter as recommended? I know it says not to use with fuel injectors, but is that for ones with higher pressures in the system than our bricks? I will get under there and put on a higher pressure rated hose if I have to, but if it can wait till next filter change it would be nice on my back!
