How difficult is it to install The valve Lash Dampers? these little rubber dampers are surely wore out on anything with 100,000 miles like mine but after checking the lash and that being ins spec I question the dampers because of the noise I'm heard. Mine have never been replaced. Has anyone replace theirs just because they need it or is this something you do when rebuilding the head? Greg
