fuel injectors notfiring Rex Regina 700 1991

no start, but fires great when I put some fuel into brake booster vacuum
I get error codes 1-2-1 2-2-3 3-1-1 3-2-1

I don't believe any of these will cause a no start

It was suggested unplug MAP and she should start, she didn't

fuel injectors don't seem to be firing
was wondering about the fuel system control unit/ this is what gives the injectors their signal right??? if so
where is it located
and is there a way to test it for a signal
I doubt all injectors died at once
