1990 Volvo 240- Hard to start after sitting 200 1990

My car hasn't been driven much in the last couple of years. I have noticed a few problems, like the A/C fan comes on after a delay and other weird electrical things. Now it has trouble starting after it sits. After it is warm it runs and starts fine. There are posts on the subject but I am unsure of what set up my 1990 has... I appreciate your suggestions.

1990 240- 285K- Original Owner-M-47, VX cam, bilstiens, turbo exh, euro lamps,- still slow but handles well- Near Houston- also 2004 XC90 T5 AWD
