Where is the Constant Idle Speed Control Unit located on my '84 240 w/B23? 200

Where is this unit physically located on my car? In the Bentley repair manual on page 390-23 section M1 item # 131. I know where the Idle air control valve (item # 132) is but can't find the control unit. I need to run a wire to it for my '92 A/C conversion. Thanks, Charles
