Still no start 200 1990

My car was having a hard time starting the last two or three times and now it won't start at all. I turns over strong etc. The speedo is jumping when I try and start it now. The prior few times once it started and was warm it ran perfect and started right up when warm. What does that suggest?

1990 240- 285K- Original Owner-M-47, VX cam, bilstiens, turbo exh, euro lamps,- still slow but handles well- Near Houston- also 2004 XC90 T5 AWD
