strut insert - Bilstein HD - dust boot, rubber bumper 200 1988

Parts for strut insert replacement:

F4-P36-0081-H0 Front Strut Bilstein Heavy Duty

I see on a Volvo parts ref. sheet a front shock (strut insert) illustrated with a bellows AND a dust boot.

If I had bellows on the original front shocks I never noticed.

A supplier is telling me the that the Bilstein Heavy Duty has the Rubber Bumper and Dust Boot incorporated.

Has anyone found this to be incorrect or that an additional Dust Boot is desirable?
