Electric (Aux) fan relay/wiring 900 1991

Put this in the 700 section, but getting no response. Have A/C working (for a few days so far) & the Aux. fan does not kick on with the compressor. It's a 91-780 & I'm not familiar with the electrical system yet.

Where would the fan relay be located? And I take it that the fan should be working, right. Fan works if jumpered to the battery. It doesn't have a relay like the later 900 series with 3 connectors.
