seat and door panel interchange??? 700

I have a 1991 740 4dr. I found a 1992 960 wagon. It matches interior color perfectly.

Questions? Do the front door panels fit my car? What about the seats? I have manual, it has power seats. It has all controls & motor built into the seat, can I just bolt in and power it up?

Any help appreciated.
