Exhaust Fumes 200 1985

50% of the time when I start my 85 240 wagon I get a quick smell of exhaust fumes inside the vehicle. All vents and windows are closed, I have had muffler and exhaust system checked for leaks.

This only happens when I first start the vehicle, doesn't happen after that!

Any ideas on where this could be coming from?
