QUESTION: What's the difference between the commonplace 1323592-1 black box relay used variously under the hood in 240/740's, and, this newer gray box 3 545 803 that I pulled from a 850?

Ever since I noticed the date-stamps on Volvo relays I tend to browse the junkyard thinking "the newer used component might be better?"
