help with vacuum hoses 760 1986 turbo 700

Hi,
Does anyone have a diagram with vacuum hoses routing. I have a hosethatis free and I am not sure if it should be. I also have a fitting which hasnothing going to it. I will put pictures to explain easier

The hose that has a free end comes from the canister behind the left side headligh. Is this hose ok being free?
It is circled in red in the picture
canister

The hose that has a free end is the 3/8 ID hose that comes from the intake manifold. It is shown with a redline running through it. Close to the bottom of the engine block it enters a fitting which is a T. The middle outlet in the T is not connected. The T is circled in red in the second picture. What should go in that fitting? Thanks
