Power steering tensioner needed 700 1990

My son was doing something on his car and bent the "long bolt" on the tensioner. Does he need to replace the whole assembly and if so where can he get that (not seeing it at IPD). Is this a NAPA kind of thing or only at a Volvo dealer. Sorry for the very vague description. Still learning Volvos and I cant look at his car. He is a bit hamfisted but trying to learn to fix his car.
