An old codger at my workplace recommended what he likes for finishing his car and protecting the paint... it's called "Nu Finish" (in a orange bottle). I respect this guy and would tend to believe him, but just as a backup thought I'd ask this group for opinions. On the back of Nu Finish it says that it is a non-wax finisher, but will shine up the paint real nice-like....
Anyway, I'm wondering if anybody here has used it? I'm afraid it might be something that once you use once, you're headed down one path and can't go back to using good ol' polidh snf wax like turtle-wax and the like?
My paint is really oxidized and dull, and this will be the first wash/polish/shine in quite some time, so do you think Nu Finish will do the trick for this, or should I use a series of products and techniques for the first re-shine and protective coating?
Wax-on/wax-off Grasshoppa!
Thanks,
