Are Volvo's stock radiator's a one-row model, metal core, plastic tanks?

I'm looking at a CSF radiator, two-row and all metal. What's the advantage of two vs one row? There is also a three-row CSF, but im having plenty of trouble locating one. Would this have better cooling properties than a two-row?

The Nissen three-row all metal are pretty much gone at this point...
