This is a follow up to my previous post regarding a stutter on accellerating from a stop. This morning, upon accellerating, it died and I couldn't get it started. I was a little low on fuel, but not dangerously so. I rolled it onto level ground anyway and it started and idles smoothly but stalls out completely when I try to rev it. I listened at the fuel filler pipe and couldn't hear the pump, so I went to check the connection. I can hear it come on and off when I disconnect the wires, but it's very faint. I'm wondering if these symptoms are indicative of a weak transfer pump, or am I barking up the wrong tree.
