Glass fuses better than aluminum fuses? 200

I'm wondering if glass fuses would perform better than ceramic fuses in our beloved bricks (by "perform better" I mostly mean have fewer problems maintaing good contact in the fuse block)?

Any knowledge/experience out there on this issue?
